Blog Awards Ireland 2014 and The Life of Stuff

Well, The Life of Stuff‘ers it’s that time of year again – It’s nomination time for The Blog Awards Ireland. Last year The Life of Stuff was only ten months old when it was nominated and then just over a year old when it became a finalist in the categories of Best Blog of a Journalist and Best Pop Culture Blog (My recipe also made the finals in the Glenisk Recipe Competition!) I was absolutely chuffed and had a great night at the awards ceremony with Patrick (my hubby) on one side and my darling Mammy on the other. Alas we did not win but at least we were in!

This year The Life of Stuff will be turning two years old in August! Yep I can’t believe it myself and to celebrate I’d love for The Life of Stuff to be nomintated again. The nominations are laid out a little different than last year but it’s still really easy and will only take a couple of minutes to complete.

There are 32 categories in total – Arts and Culture, Beauty Blog, Best Blog Post, Best Designed, Food & Drink, Fashion, Best Blog of a Journalist, Music, Mobile Compatabile Blog, Lifestyle, Personal, Photography and Pop Culture just to name dozen or so and you can choose which ever category you think The Life of Stuff deserves to be nominated for. Oh and you don’t have to choose just one category – which suits The Life of Stuff!

So there you have it – soon that little purple badge that states ‘2013 Finalist’ and is so proudly worn on the blog and everywhere else might I add, will have to be unpinned from it’s throne but help me replace this little purple ‘finalist’ badge with a ‘Winner’ badge this year and take the time now to nominate!
