Bellingham, Pear Tree White
This week I would like to recommend a white wine from the Western Cape region in South Africa, Bellingham – Pear Tree White.
This white wine is a blend of two grape varieties Chenin Blanc and Viognier. If you like light crisp white wine this is one that you would most certainly enjoy.
The Chenin Blanc brings tropical fruit flavours like pineapples and passionfruit while the Viognier brings in some peach and orange blossom.
This wine pairs perfectly with a light lunch or can be enjoyed on its own.
A bottle of Bellingham – Pear Tree White will cost around €13.
Enjoy, Sláinte,
Patrick
