Bevvy of the Week – The All New Bacardi Carta Fuego

Introducing The Bacardí Carta Fuego

Bevvy of the Week - Bacardi Fuego

This week Patrick jumped down from his Bevvy of the Week Throne giving me free rein to bring you MY ‘Bevvy of the Week’, and I have to say it’s a fiery one that is sure to …

Bevvy of the Week - Bacardi Carta Fuego

Introducing you to Bacardi’s newest member of the family … BACARDÍ CARTA FUEGO … a red spiced rum spirit drink aged in torched barrels. Aptly named Fuego which if you didn’t already know is Spanish for fire, Bacardí Carta Fuego is 40% ABV sips smoothly but kicks with heat. Made with the beautiful flavours of cinnamon and nutmeg this is an ideal shot to ask for at the bar if you fancy spicing up your night with your friends or perhaps you’ll buy a bottle to enjoy at home with family and friends. Whichever way you enjoy your shots this is definitely one fiery number to keep in your little black book.

I love the look Barcardí have gone for when it comes to how they have bottled Carta Fuego and in fact their whole product line; their slick, sexy and sophisticated, has a look that you just want to get your hands on AND I’m really loving the video they launched to promote it … sure who doesn’t like things being smashed and recorded in super slow motion (although I should tell you that recording the video in super slow motion isn’t as easily made as it is easy to watch – the video was shot at 2,500 frames per second, used seven 10,000 watt lights and a team of skilled pyros! … nope you won’t be trying this at home folks but sure you’d never want to waste the Bacardí anyway!

Well what do you think of that? Cool or what? Here are some freeze frames to enjoy too (just click to zoom) …

Retailing at €30 or £21, you should be able to pick up a bottle at all good Off Licences or enjoy a shot (or two) at the bar or in ‘da club’. This week’s Bevvy of the Week might just be your Bevvy of the Summer! #BringTheHeat but always remember …

LIVE PASSIONATELY. DRINK RESPONSIBLY.
