Links of London, New Ladies Watch Collections 2016
Links of London are renowned for their jewellery and watches internationally. Words that spring to mind when I think about their beautifully crafted jewellery are: stylish, iconic, contemporary, timeless and quality, and these ring true for their watches too.

When you visit their website you’ll learn that Links of London started their amazing journey 26 years ago, with ‘a request for a bespoke pair of fish-shaped cufflinks’ … now they have stores worldwide. However one thing that prevails their success is that they have kept their most important quality and that is to provide their customers with the quality and design that has always been expected of them, and do so with London spirit.
Links of London first launched their watch collections in 2007 and this year, 2016 sees new watches added to their repertoire. I have selected my favourite new time pieces from the Ladies Watch Collections: Driver, Greenwich, Kindred Soul and Windermere but to view the available stock of the collections in full visit the Links of London website here.
When you view the collections in full you will see how hard it was for me to pick just four, and then just one! … because below these favourites you will find my review of the gorgeous Windermere Stainless Steel & Rose Gold Plate Bracelet Watch (those who follow on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram got a preview today).

Windermere Rose Gold Plate & White Ceramic Bracelet Watch Review
Where to begin?! From the attention to detail of its packaging to the watch itself, this afternoon’s experience of receiving this beauty from Links of London by courier was nothing less than a delight.
When I opened the package up I was greeted to a beautifully ribboned box that contained my new watch. I remembered this style of packaging and the tastefully bowed ribbon from when I bought myself (self gifts are important every now and then) a matching bracelet and earring set from Links of London some time ago. It impressed me the way the Sales Assistant put it all together with such ease then, just as it impressed me today.
The box has a built-in display area where, when you open it, the watch rises to your attention. No need for fiddling about, it was designed and made to greet you and you want nothing less than to wear it.
The size of the rose gold crown and the style of the rose gold and white ceramic bracelet is so flattering on my wrist.
I wear a diamond engagement ring and wedding ring all the time, and there is always a doubt as to whether the new jewellery or accessories I buy will suit them especially if they aren’t white gold or silver. I’m all about mix matching different coloured metals and golds but sometimes jewellery choices just don’t gel. There was no issue of this happening with the Windermere watch, the combination of rose gold and white ceramic actually emphasised the sparkle in my diamond, and complimented my rings perfectly.
Not meaning to go down the old cliché road by saying this watch is ‘perfect to bring you from day to night’ … but if I do have to say it, because it’s true. The Windermere is the perfect watch/jewellery/accessory to wear anytime. I’ll be wearing it with my Breton top and jeans to give my outfit a touch of class.
I’ll be wearing it with my blazer and heels, for when I’m ‘doing’ formal but want to keep it ‘effortlessly’ stylish. I’ll be wearing it with my leather look jeans, for when I’m rocking it out … my son’s playgroup meet-up, dinner with my husband, my friend’s wedding … everyday and special occasions are covered.
The Windermere Rose Gold Plate & White Ceramic Bracelet Watch is Swiss made, water-resistant and those hands … they glow … It’s strong, stylish and sexy, everything I want to be.
