Bevvy of the Week – Yellow Spot 12 Year Old Single Pot Still Whiskey

Yellow Spot 12 Year Old Single Pot Still Whiskey

Well, you may remember some time back I recommended Green Spot Irish Whiskey. Now, if you tried it and like it you are gonna love this week’s Bevvy of the Week.

Yellow Spot 12 Year Old Single Pot Still Whiskey. Aged for no less than 12 years in a number of different casks, American, sherry and Spanish Malaga, the latter adding sweetness, this is a wonderful whiskey.

This is a sophisticated and complex Whiskey with the lovely sweetness from the Malaga cask carrying all the way through from start to finish.

To top it all Yellow and Green Spot (read the Green Spot post here) have just been awarded Gold and Silver Medals in the International Spirit Challenge 2013
