Dona Paula, Sparkling Sauvignon Blanc

This week I would like to recommend a sparkling white wine from Argentina called Dona Paula. This sparkling wine is made solely for Sauvignon Blanc. Argentina is probably not known for it’s sparkling wine but this one is well worth a go.

Initially this wine may seem sharp but once you get into it it really opens up. It’s light crisp and fresh. Flavours of Citrus and grapefruit all come through with a soft hint of mint.

A bottle of Dona Paula Sparkling costs around €18.
