9 White Deer Brewery – Saor Gluten Free Beer

This week I would like to recommend a Gluten Free beer from the 9 White Deer Brewery in Cork called Saor (Gaelige for Free).

Saor was first released back in early 2015 and it’s still going strong. It gives people with a gluten intolerance the option of buying a good quality Irish Craft Beer that suits their needs, because let’s face it the choice in Gluten Free beers is very poor.

This beer has a soft hop and malt character. It’s crisp and very enjoyable.

9 White Deer Brewery produce some really tasty beers so I’m looking forward to trying a few more from their range.

It comes in a 500ml bottle. It’s 4.5% abv and will set you back about €3.50 per bottle.
