This week I would like to recommend an old favourite of mine Wolf Blass Presidents Selection Shiraz.

The Shiraz grapes they use to produce this wine are sourced from the very best regions in South Australia, where conditions are perfect for growing Shiraz.

The thing I love about this wine is its consistency. Flavours do change slightly from vintage to vintage but it’s blueberry and dark fruit flavoured back bone stay strong year after year.

You can pick up a bottle almost anywhere and you can pay anywhere from €13 – €20 per bottle.
