I’m not going to recommend certain brands of wine but instead I’m recommending grape varieties. This will make it even easier for you to pick your wine for the big day.

For the Reds:

A Pinot Noir from Burgundy will go very nicely with your turkey as it has a very nice red berry, jammy character. Also try a Tempranillo from Spain. If you’re having spiced beef you could go for a nice Shiraz from Australia. as they have a bit of spice and pepper to them.

For the Whites:

If you are having shellfish for nibbles before the meal a Sauvignon Blanc will go very well with fruits de mer. For the main meal, a Chablis or a Petit Chablis should sit well with you and your guests. If you want to push the boat out you could get a Dessert Wine for afters to go along with whatever sweet dish you are having. Maybe a late harvest wine from Australia or a Sauternes from Bordeaux.
