O’Hara’s | Carlow Brewing Company – Notorious Red IPA

This week I would like to recommend the latest offering from O’Hara’s (Carlow Brewing Company) called Notorious Red IPA. This was released back in February of this year and was greeted with very good reviews.

They produce this brew by using six types of malt and five hop varieties. Craft beer in all its glory.

The malt character is present for start to finish with biscuit and citrus flavours all showing through. This all finishes with a lasting hoppy bitterness. Very tasty.

Notorious Red IPA comes in a 500ml bottle and is 5% alc.. A bottle will set you back around €3, and should be available to buy in all good Off-Licences.
